First: After the First Session

A full refund of the subscription fee may be requested if the parent finds that the Academy does not suit their child's needs — provided the request is made within 48 hours of the first session.

Second: After More Than One Session

Once more than one session has been attended, the cost of attended sessions is non-refundable. The student retains the right to complete the remaining paid sessions.

Third: Student Absence

If a student is absent without notifying the Academy at least 24 hours in advance, the session is considered used and cannot be refunded or compensated.

Fourth: Cancellation by the Academy

If the Academy cancels a session for any unforeseen reason, the student will be compensated with a replacement session at the earliest mutually convenient time.

Fifth: Technical Issues

If a technical issue on the Academy's side prevents a session from being completed, a replacement session will be arranged. If the issue originates from the student's side, the session is considered used.

Sixth: Limitation of Liability

The English Club Academy is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control (internet outages, exceptional events). Every effort will be made to compensate affected students as soon as possible.

First: Data Collection

The Academy collects basic data required during the enrollment process, including:

• Full name
• Age
• Country / Nationality
• WhatsApp number
• Program of interest
• Package of interest

Second: Use of Data

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

• Sending information about programs and packages
• Communicating with the student or parent via WhatsApp
• Tracking attendance and lesson schedules
• Improving the educational services provided

Data is not shared with any third party without prior consent, and is not transferred outside Egypt except when required.

Third: Content

All educational content provided by the Academy is protected by intellectual property rights. It may not be recorded or republished in any form without prior written permission.

Fourth: Session Recording

Sessions may be recorded for educational and quality-improvement purposes. Students and parents are notified in advance. Recordings remain the exclusive property of the Academy.

Fifth: Data Protection

The Academy is committed to protecting the personal data of students and parents and will not use it for any commercial purpose outside the scope of the educational services provided.

Sixth: Policy Updates

The English Club Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via WhatsApp.
